Place description

Châteauroux, some two hours from Paris, on a crossroads of the great north-south road, Châteauroux, the capital of Bas-Berry, is becoming recognized and shines with its cultural wealth and diversity.
Known as the “Country of the thousands bonds”, the Brenne Natural Park is located some kilometers West of Châteauroux. It spreads over 166 000 hectares and is made of various landscapes, flora and fauna.
Close to the Touraine area, the castles of Bouges and Valençay (home of Talleyrand) are significant historical places.  the North of the area offers lots of local specialties : the green Berry lentils, the goat cheese of Valençay, Pouligny and Gargilesse and the wines of Reuilly or Valençay, available in the market places and on the plates prepared by the best chefs. A delicious local gastronomy to be appreciated!

Experiences of patients
